V&A private guided tour
I wanted to share an in depth museum experience with a friend for her birthday. The tour did not disappoint. Our guide Robert was very pleasant and extremely knowledgable, it was like seeing the V&A Museum with a curator. As an expert, Robert was an endless fund of fascinating stories and insights into the exhibits which provided context for culture sponges like my friend and I.I cannot recommend highly enough.

When to Get There

The Victoria and Albert Museum is extremely popular and can become crowded, especially during peak summer months. For a more peaceful visit, aim to arrive first thing in the morning on weekend days or in the late afternoon during the week, or take advantage of extended open hours on Fridays. The museum’s temporary exhibitions change regularly, so it’s a good idea to check ahead to see what’s on.
