The Basics

Visitors to Grand Teton National Park can enjoy a myriad of activities including fishing, hiking, camping, climbing, boating on Jenny Lake, rafting the Snake River, or viewing wildlife. Many travelers visit the park on a day trip from Jackson Hole or Cody, with options ranging from self-guided tours designed by knowledgeable local guides to half- or full-day guided excursions with pickup and drop-off at Jackson Hole hotels. The park’s proximity to Yellowstone National Park makes it easy to combine two national parks into one vacation.

Good tour; very informative and the guide Clara was great.
We really enjoyed the tour and our guide Clara was excellent - really related to our adolescent grandchildren. Prior to the actual tour, however, the experience was difficult. We needed to change our credit card for the charge and make the dinner order but the company's voicemail was full; the message said to text him. We did that on several occasions but he never got back to us. Then there was a mix-up in the pickup location; however, Clara was very helpful and patient with it.

I had a wonderful time on this tour of the Grand Tetons. Kyle, our guide, was great. He was very knowledgeable and made our trip even better. The most exciting thing about the trip was seeing the moose and her calf… I’ve wanted to see a real moose for a lot of years. It is definitely worth the time and money for this tour.

All-Day Private Tour of Grand Teton National Park
My family and I had wonderful experience on our tour. Ted Jackson was a great guide; he had such knowledge of the area and wildlife. We would recommend this tour to anyone that is visiting. We saw almost every native animal a person could and some incredible natural features of Grand Teton Park. We could never have seen it all on our own and felt the experience was valued fairly. Our guide, Clara, was very personable, fun & energetic. She took us to all the great spots to view in a totally different perspective than daytime. We were fortunate to see a bear & a fox. I liked the quietness of the park this time of day.
