We will visit restaurants and food stalls that are extremely important and popular for their delicious taste, some of them are also part of the history of the dishes we will try. We will visit as well, two of the most traditional and ancient neighborhoods of the historic center.

Enjoy a tour thru some of the tracks where you can find from flowy single tracks, rock gardens and wooden features, a moderate level of skill is requiered but it can go from easy to enjoybale dificult.

Together we drive with the car to the Spring Forest. The forest of spring is also called the lung of Guadalajara. In more than 20,000 hectares you can find several hiking and cycling routes. Depending on your experience in mountain biking on uneven terrain, we chose one of the different routes. The route takes us through the forest uphill and downhill on trees and rocks. Occasionally we stop to enjoy the view or to take a short break. At the end we enjoyed a beer or another soft drink in a small restaurant next to the forest.

A bike tour is a great way to get to know the city, and understand how the city works from a unique perspective.
