The Basics

A prebooked admission ticket or day tour to Xcaret park makes it easy to access an impressive range of activities, with entry including the opportunity to snorkel with fish in natural lagoons, visit the park's Maya archaeological sites, and and catch the Xcaret Mexico Espectacular light and dance show. Some day tours have optional upgrades for extras such as a buffet lunch or exclusive changing rooms, while combo tours can be booked to also visit other nearby attractions, such as the Chichen Itza or Xel-Ha ruins or Xplor Adventure Park.

While there’s plenty to do within the bounds of a general admission ticket, a plethora of add-on activities are also available. For an extra fee, take a speed boat ride (from $59), snorkel atop an offshore coral garden (from $49), take in a theatrical interpretation of the origins of Mexican culture over dinner at the Gran Tlacho Theater (from $59), or experience the Temascal, a traditional four-part wellness ritual (from $39).

Xcaret Plus Tour with Transportation
So much fun. It’s not really a tour where a guide walks you around from place to place. Think of Xcaret like a theme park. The guide will drop you off and give you some information and then you are free to go through the park at your leisure. We did all of the water-related activities first, and then ate at the Mexican restaurant for lunch. Definitely get a plus ticket for the plus lockers and the plus area. Worth the extra money for the central location and buffet lunch. Then we went through the Mayan village and the aviary and butterfly and Jaguar area. The butterfly park was gorgeous, but very hot. Stay for the shows. They are all very good. We also got dinner at a table close to the main stage for the final show of the evening. All the food was delicious and well worth the money to get a good seat and great food. Bring plenty of sun screen and drink plenty of water. Plenty of shops and cafes all throughout the park if you need a pit stop. It is a VERY long day; we got up at 5am, and got back to our hotel around 11pm...but it was so much fun and I recommend it to everyone. Family friendly!

In the wrong park!

Xcaret Plus Tour - Included Transportation
Pl don’t make the same mistake as me - I was looking for the river float with stalactites. This one that we see in the pictures is in X plor park!! Recommendation form future visitor - pl do the river float before lunch. In this way you will get to the opposite side of the park where the river ends and they bring your stuff. Please eat lunch at the seafood peninsula buffet. Best location!!!! Pl reconsider Adrenalina boat ride. Hurts your neck. I have been taking a lot of Advil. Next time I would choose dinner with the evening show. 7 course meal with alcohol and premium seating for only $65 per person. Unfortunately we had a late lunch . Timing at this park is everything 😂

better than expected, a true adventure. So much to do and great restaurants to eat at throughout the park. I read the reviews to not get there too early to have enough energy to watch the night show. However, I recommend you do arrive early, rest at the beach for an hour or two so you do have the energy to watch the night show. While Viator is a great option if you are buying last-minute tix, you can go to the park and buy tickets at the box office, it is usually not sold out.

This tour company is very well organized. Everyone was brought to the same place and then separated into tours from there so everyone on our bus was going to Xcaret. Once there, our guide was so helpful to get everyone organized. There is much to see and do once at Xcaret and the night show was fantastic. I would pay the extra money to get the plus adventure so you can have a locker. This is a full day tour, we did not get back to our hotel until 11:00 pm.

our tour guy Juan Pablo was very informative they arrived on time for the pick up. On the bus they explained everything in detail to us, we were amazed how everything was so organized, easy to display around everything has numbers so you cant get lost. The buffet was amazing go to Laguna Buffet you will enjoy it believe me. We took the bus way back earlier and we have no problems getting back into our hotel. Me and my husband had a great experience, will come back with family and friends.
